Optimization & Consultation
HMS Processing can assist with improving existing operations by maximizing yield and throughput through the management of a high maintenance standard to ensure optimal uptime, ensuring maximum revenue generation with the least cost expenditure and minimal downtime.
Through comprehensive feedback reports, best practise processing parameters, inspections and recommendations, the operation can achieve optimal performance.
We conduct comprehensive Site visits to identify possible improvements and conduct sampling to determine current operational standards. Through the provision of all-inclusive feedback reports, shortcomings, potential equipment failures and possible improvements are being highlighted to the Customer for rectifications. We can also assist in addressing these highlighted issues and create a tracker system to monitor and record changes / improvements achieved.
Operate & Maintain Contracts
We take full responsibility to maintain and operate the Coal Handling and Processing Plant ensuring that the processing plant can run at a capacity based on the number of shifts during the different phases. By creating a safe and reliable operation of the Processing Plant on a 24/7 basis, utilising best metallurgical / maintenance practices and procedures by supplying all management, supervision and general labour required to maintain and operate the facility on a 24/7 basis. .
