The Contractor must do all recruitment of its own personnel in liaison with the Principals Community Liaison Officer and with the local area employment equity structures.
All appointments are made upon approval from the Principal.
All recruited persons must obtain medical fitness as required by the MHSA
All medical costs incurred to obtain and retain fitness through wellness monitoring and annual medical screening is for the account of the Contractor.
