All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the following Standards / Specifications which by this reference are made a part hereof: 

· Mine Health and Safety Act, Act No 29 of 1996.

· Labour Relations Act, Act No 66 of 1995. 

· Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Act 75 of 1997.

· Employment Equity Act, Act 75 of 1997. •

·  And or any other Act that becomes legally required in the Contract 

  Term
